The real-life Walter White, wanted by Alabama deputies on a meth-related charge, was found at an inpatient treatment facility Friday, the Tuscaloosa News reported.

White, who coincidentally shares a name with the meth-cooking chemistry teacher of AMC’s hit show “Breaking Bad,” was at the facility due to a court order from another jurisdiction, Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Andy Norris said.

The Sheriff’s Office put White on the county’s most-wanted list Wednesday after the 55-year-old blew off a court date and violated his probation in July.

White’s story quickly went viral thanks to the “Breaking Bad” parallel.

The 55-year-old was on probation for a 2008 conviction of cooking and distributing meth when he was arrested for similar charges in Bibb County, Ala., earlier this year.

Though White shares a name with the “Breaking Bad” lead character, they do not share a similar arrest history.

The fictional Walter White, played by Emmy-winner Bryan Cranston, has thus far avoided a stint behind bars.

The highly acclaimed series is in its fifth and final season.
